Investment advisory services to persons located in the United States are provided exclusively by AXXETS Wealth Management USA LLC. AXXETS Wealth Management USA LLC
AXXETS Wealth Management USA LLC (“AXXETS WM”) is an investment adviser registered with the SEC (CRD No. 340858), with its principal place of business in Aventura, Florida. Registration with the SEC does not imply a certain level of skill or training.
AXXETS WM and its representatives comply with the filing requirements applicable to registered investment advisers in the states in which AXXETS WM maintains clients, and may only transact business in states where it is registered or qualifies for an exemption or exclusion from registration. Axxets Wealth Management México, S.C.
Axxets Wealth Management México, S.C. (“Axxets México”), domiciled in Mexico City, is a corporate entity authorized, regulated, and supervised by the Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores, an agency of the Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público, under Articles 225 and 226 Bis of the Ley del Mercado de Valores, subject to prudential regulation and to regulations for the prevention of transactions involving illicit funds and the financing of terrorism. Axxets México holds a current registration to operate as an Independent Advisor (Asesor Independiente) under official notice No. 311-112090/2016, registration No. 30057, folio 30057-001-(14058)-01/06/2016, which can be verified on the CNBV’s website.
Axxets México’s advisory activities are limited to those permitted under Articles 225 and 226 of the Ley del Mercado de Valores, and it is prohibited from engaging in the activities described in Article 227 of that law. Services, terms, and conditions are governed exclusively by the services agreement entered into between Axxets México and each individual client.
Axxets México provides investment advisory and wealth management services to clients located primarily in Mexico and other non-U.S. jurisdictions. Services offered by Axxets México are not directed to, and are not available to, persons located in the United States.

Clients should exercise care when transmitting sensitive personal or financial information electronically. This notice describes the Privacy Policy of AXXETS WEALTH MANAGEMENT USA LLC (“AXXETS WM”) regarding how we handle and protect personal information that is received about our prospective, current, or former clients or fund investors. AXXETS WM collects personal information primarily to provide investment management services, communicate information about its products and services and process subscriptions in private investment vehicles that it may advise or sub-advice. Personal information, which may be obtained from discussions with you and documents you may deliver to AXXETS WM, may include your name, address, telephone number, social security number or tax identification number, assets, net worth, income, bank account in- formation and occupation (collectively, “Personal Information”).
AXXETS WM permits only authorized individuals, who have been advised as to the proper handling of investor information, and who need to access this information to perform services, to have access to this information. These authorized individuals are required to maintain and protect the confidentiality of Personal Information. AXXETS WM maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect Personal Information.
In order to service your investments and process transactions for your investments, AXXETS WM may provide Personal Information to its affiliates and to non-affiliated third-party financial service providers that assist AXXETS WM in servicing your investments and have a need for such information, such as a broker-dealer, administrator, or registrar and transfer agent. In addition, AXXETS WM may share Personal Information with non-affiliated third-party non-financial service providers, in order to process or service transactions or products. Unaffiliated third-parties in this instance may include service providers such as word processors and printers. Any such contract entered into by AXXETS WM will include provisions designed to ensure that the third- party will uphold and maintain AXXETS WM ’s privacy standards when handling Personal Information. 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site, will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable U.S. federal securities law. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Nothing in this section affects the separate regulatory regimes or client agreements applicable to Axxets Wealth Management México, S.C. or Axxets Management Inc.
10. Severability; Changes to These Terms
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
